Fire tube structure commercial gas boiler and natural gas boiler 10t/h for food factory with CE Certificated
WNS series commercial gas boiler is horizontal three pass fire tube wet back full automatic steam boiler. It normally suitable for 0.5t/h to 20ton/h capacity. According to different fuels, commercial gas boiler can be divided into natural gas boilers, city gas boilers, coke oven gas boilers, liquefied petroleum gas boilers, and biogas boilers.
Structural features
1. Multiple safety protection devices
Steam pressure protection, over temperature protection, burner flame out protection, and safety valve protection ensure safe operation of the boiler.
2. Strict control of the production process
The company has established a sound quality management system, and all natural gas boiler needs to be tested before leaving the factory.
3. High steam quality
The natural gas boiler is equipped with a special water vapor separation device to ensure the quality of the steam (steam dryness of 97% or more).
4. Thermal efficiency of more than 90%
The high efficiency gas boiler is made of stainless steel threaded pipe with sufficient heat transfer area and high thermal efficiency of the boiler.
5.Long equipment life
In the gas fired boiler manufacturing process, advanced welding technology is used to ensure the quality of the boiler and extend the life of the equipment.
6. Easy to operate
The high efficiency gas boiler is equipped with a furnace inspection door, a fire hole, an explosion-proof door and a smoker door that can be opened before and after to facilitate maintenance.
7. The quality of the auxiliary machine is excellent
The condensing steam boiler is equipped with imported burners, feed pumps and instrument valves for excellent performance.
